Free flat rate shipping right now. For a high performance battery, I think it's at the threshold of worth it even though it's refurbished. Also, doesn't Direct Tools offer some sort of warranty?

I've bought a ton of then and they may at least 2-3 years.

I didn't get much more mileage out of my official Ryobi batteries so we'll worth it for a hobbyist home owner.

This is a good deal. I got a pair of these the last time there was a factory reconditioned sale on the 4AH HP batteries. They work great and their manufacturing date was less than a year old. That's about as new as you'd get in a store. Therefore the batteries aren't likely to be worn out.
I would buy some more if I hadn't already picked up the $200 2x 6AH HP 2x 4AH HP and 2x 4AH

This is not a great deal. Right now, HD has a brand new 6Ah HP battery for $55 on clearance. (actually its $110 for 2). I just bot them yesterday. $55 new for 6Ah vs $50 for reconditoned 4Ah? Brain dead decision to get the 6Ah ones.
