I purchase this at Sam's every time they are on sale. Unlike the Dominos e-cards that do not work to pay on the app, these from Sam's Club do work to pay in the Domino's app.

I got $70 dominoes in store back 2 weeks ago. I'm hoping it's staying around for a while.

Also a data point; my FIL was going to pick up pizza for me and scratched the pin off one card. It took awhile for dominoes to get back with me, but they provided the pin so I could use it.

They have it quite frequently. If we make it through March without the same coupon promotion popping up, they might've killed it for good.

edit: Last time I saw it was late Nov or early Dec

Edit: Domino's has large 2-topping pizzas for $6.99 with digital coupon in app, and large specialty pizzas for $4 more ($10.99 total). Valid thru Feb 1. Not bad if you want their pizza in the next few days.
