Does this stuff really work? I seen a commercial for it on TV. I have oral problems in my mouth so I'm wondering if this would help and keep the infections down. If anybody can give me an insight on it, I appreciate it. Thanks.

for cleaning I'm not 100% sure, but the Ph balancing for odor its incredible.
