I have the snow blower, and it works great. I have a 3 car wide driveway, average length for a plan, and it can clear the full thing plus my sidewalk on a single charge if there's less than 4 inches of snow. At 10 inches of snow it clears about half before it needs charged. Having the two batteries would be nice, but I'm not sure why you'd want the blower and the shovel.

Love the batteries but poor GW snowblower. The plastic paddles can go thru snow that is 3" or less. Anything more or is slush and it will struggle. The shovel sucks as well.

The rubber impeller is better.

Got in on the last SD for a 22in GW snow blower last month - GW support is straight booty... recommend reading my post on the last thread, just did it yesterday.

I got the 22" as well. It did a great job with this storm. Even today, with a bit of crust, had no trouble on chunky walked on spots.
Just light enough for one 150 lb guy to load/unload in an SUV by myself, yet heavy enough to do the job.
Most people will need two batteries. They don't last as long in the cold, but charge fast if you need to go continuously.
I can't comment on support, hopefully never comes to that for me...

Is it all plastic? Or metal? I'm a little curious about build quality- this 20" seems flimsy

Plastic casing and plastic impeller. Should avoid this one. "Works" to move 1-2 inches of snow. The rubber impeller is a bit better and what I used for this recent snow in the north east. I went out when it was 2-3 inches and it did an adequate job. Still Struggles with ice and slush.

Bought greenworks thinking it's good company and they charge fairly high prices. BUT Greenworks supports sucks. Never going to buy it again.

really comes down to what electric line you want to commit to. If you're already in the GW world, get the rubber impeller. If not, go with ego with the metal auger.

But keep in mind that these don't handle a lot of snow at once. Even with the current polar bomb we got in the NE, my kobalt 80v with rubber impeller didn't do anything against this packed snow.
