We had done the same last time this hit this price. Word to the wise, if you miss this, it seems to be a 3x yearly sale price...

My wife bought this and the bottom where it attached to the mop doesn't stay in place. I believe the mop is supposed to spin to dry it, but it caused a failure in the unit super early.

We have one of these and it's a pain. The bucket is bigger than you think and hard to store. The liquid reservoir never really dries out. The mop head is small so it takes longer to complete a task than a traditional mop.

And it's too short for anyone over 5'7 imo.

Here's a hack that works well to separate the dirty water from the clean water. Don't pay $20 more for the more expensive bucket. Get one of these 9 qt buckets from Dollar Tree for $1.50. I tried it this week and was impressed.

lol, i thought the spin bucket is only for drying the mop.
are people using the dirty mop water to wet the floor?
doesn't everyone uses two buckets, one clean and one dirty, like washing car, no?

We found this mop so awkward to use. I'm surprised at how many people seem to love it.

Anything better you would recommend? I just need self wringing mops, tried the rectangle ones which you move the mop up and down repeatedly to dry, not impressed.

I have been using this. I do use a separate bucket from dollar tree/ikea and leave it hanging in this larger bucket. That bucket serves as a separate compartment for semi-clean water.
My first one broke down some plastic under an year and the rotating mechanism during foot press would no longer work and instead it would slip. My second one is working fine from 3 months. Let's wait and see its durability.
