I had a $5 off $40 coupon that auto applied and it doesnt appear to be account specific. $35+tax isnt a bad deal. Thanks OP!

Tempting for the price. I decided to pass on it as it uses 6 c-size batteries.

I used it for an 1/2 hr with no problems. The remote came with AA Duracell batteries at 80% (they recommend replacing). I had to add my own AA batteries inside the kart as there weren't any in it.

I got this for my nephew a few years back. It was really cool but broke fast. Pretty sure I paid $25. Reg retail was $50. Not sure where this $100 comes from.

There are 2 versions. This is for the 14.5" version. The easier to find one is 8.5" long, but they look almost identical in photos. My son has the 'mini' one and it's pretty fun for what it is.

I had the big one and resurrected it a few times when smaller kids would grab the wheels and jam them the wrong way. Lots of tiny screwdriver and finicky balancing of parts. On the plus side, I had a ton of fun driving this thing and trying to ram my kids ankles - that was actually the game. Eats batteries pretty quickly. Can also eat ankles, if they're too slow. They still like me, thankfully.

I got this unit a few years back and it eats batteries like crazy, you need 4 batteries in the car and i think another four in the remote control.

These things break so easily, and $35 is actually their normal price. We bought the Mario and Luigi for our boys, and they were fun until they broke in less than a week. We even replaced one of them, and it broke after a few days of playing.

You're talking about the smaller version, not this one

This thing was complete trash. Lasted several months and died for no reason.
