9600x dropped as low as $150 during July 2025 sales. Mobo and RAM are kinda below MSRP, so pretty good deal considering RAM prices are brutal right now. Although 16GB doesn't go as far as it used to. I would say a good deal, but not a great deal.

I saw the mobo+ram went back to $239 for a while and now comes down to $209 again. I guess they really want to move these 2x8GB RAM

Technically, the majority owner is the company, Hangzhou Liaison Interactive Information Technology Co., Ltd.
The chairman was arrested on anti-corruption charges...in China. Not really a Newegg news item.
