Got this for my spouse. Works great at keeping soup piping hot for 5 hours. But the first time we used it, the lid/bowl came apart (the plastic part became unglued from the plastic). It's a common complaint in the Amazon reviews. I complained and Thermos sent me a replacement. Hopefully this one lasts. Overall still love it.
