Note the fine print. It is 3 times stronger than your mouth's natural defenses. This is just an ordinary toothpaste in terms of enamel protection, providing no more fluoride than standard toothpastes. It has potassium nitrate for sensitivity, and THAT differentiates it from, say, Original Crest.
Sensodyne has a lot of marketing fluff.

The international version of Sensodyne contains Calcium Sodium Phosphosilicate (NOVAMIN) which actually repairs enamel. Another alternative is toothpaste containing Nano-hydroxyapatite (nHA). You'll want something that specifically says it contains 10% by weight/concentration.
