Well, yes.

Since it's a passive cable it will even support 80Gbps if your device(s) support it.

40gbps data if your device supports it. If your device does not support it then prob just 5 or 10 gbps.

Both.

FYI, all USB-C cables are supposed to be capable of data transmission and USB Power Delivery - the question is at what speed. This cable is capable of basically the highest data rate and highest charge speed.

Yes, however it's not necessary to get a faster charge - any USB C cable will do for that. If your iPhone 17 is a Pro model it will benefit from faster speeds (USB 3, not 4). Otherwise it will only transfer at USB 2 speeds regardless of cable.

I'm not up to date on cables, but after attempting to backup my phone to my MacBook with regular cable that came with the phone...and 4 hours later lol, I'm buying this cable!

I bought this for $4 in June of 2025. And they are saying there is no inflation.... Very good cable. I am using it to connect a laptop to a Dell monitor. Data, video, charge at the same time. No problems.

Ive been waiting for it to drop to that price again for months. $10 isn't bad but I can't buy it knowing it could drop another 50 to 60 percent
