Just an FYI that the special effects scenes are in high-ish quality Standard Definition (SD), with everything else in HD. It can sometimes be a little bit jarring, and occasionally it has made a "surprise" moment not so surprising when the video content suddenly switches to SD before a special effect happens, but I also understand that the cost for redoing the special effects would have otherwise prevented this series from being released on blu ray entirely.

Dean was a great Clark/Superman, Teri is a perfect Lois, and it's overall a great show. It's a bit more of a rom-com than a show like Smallville. All that said, $65 is a bit steep. Once this hits under $50, I'll probably buy it.
