Buyer beware, this is an extra battery you can connect to an existing battery you have. Does not work on its own.

Stop buying manufacturers' extra batteries. Just get a/some LiPo4 280ah battery/ies (EcoWorthy best bang) and connect it to the EcoFlow (or any power station). Way cheaper and way more capacity. There are various vids on how to connect it, but the easiest is through the solar for 500w input (fused for safety). The most complex is "hacking" the ecoflow cable w maybe a resistor. The most expensive method (superior imo) is through ecoflows dc to dc 800w or 500w alternator charger (you don't need an alternator).

Charge the Lipo4 battery with
1) a lipo4 battery charger (needs to say lithium) plugged into a wall socket or the ecoflow (inefficient, but has reasons).
2) Solar with a controller connected to it. Or,
3) the dc to dc charger w reverse charging setting connected to the ecoflow (charge ecoflow w solar for "free" juice).

There are a lot a videos out there. I hope this sums it up and expands someone's mind like they did to me. A plethora rabbit hole of info. Good luck, stay safe, and stay charged. 👍

This is the lowest price I have ever seen this. It also works with the older ecoflow delta 2000 with the older battery chemistries.

I did this because I had an AMEX Offer of $100 statement credit at Wellbots if spend $999+. Expires on January 31.

The promo code worked on both extra batteries when purchasing two. No tax at Wellbots. I checked out at $1168 so the net will be $1068 upon the statement credit.

I had been eyeing that AMEX Offer for a few months but wasn't going to force anything. This worked out perfectly. Thanks OP.

I interpreted the extra battery verbiage as "larger than regular Delta 2" so I appreciated the heads up from from supergames.

But when you have to get the rest of the parts. + time. Or you can buy a legit one that's backed up and don't have to "hack" anything. I'm all for saving a buck but i don't want to build a shitbox if i can buy it for $50 more already built.

I can see your point. The time really is a non-factor, just go on amazon lol! I guess the savings REALLY kick in once you buy multiple as I would assume you can share battery chargers etc.
