Before you buy this as 'healthy' alternative to regular salt, read up on side effects of 'potassium salt' (this is what this product is).

think you're being a little hysterical. only certain people should avoid this.

Side Effects & Safety: Although generally safe for healthy individuals, high doses can cause gastrointestinal issues (nausea, pain). It is dangerous for people with kidney disease or those taking certain medications (e.g., ACE inhibitors) due to the risk of high potassium levels.

While true it's much more cost effective to buy some potassium chloride and mix it 50/50 with regular salt. That's about all I can do without tasting a metallic aftertaste athough this losalt seems to be lower. I wonder if they are mixing in msg or other salts.
