It will ask you for the phone number and then it will let you choose to renew or upgrade. You can renew with the same plan you have or upgrade to a different plan, each at the current sale price.
Then you choose to either Upgrade Now or Upgrade Later: You'll want to choose Upgrade Later
Upgrade Now
Unused data from your current plan will carry over to your new plan.
Upgrade Later
Your selected plan will begin automatically once your current plan ends.
Community Reviews
Infimobile's 10GB, 12 month plan stands out as a very low cost way to get unlimited voice and SMS on Verizon or T Mobile, especially for a second line, backup phone, or light use. The plan can be recharged to start after an existing term ends, and the website now supports renewals and upgrades at the sale price. The main catches are taxes and fees, which can add a lot depending on location, and the 500 MMS monthly cap, which matters more for group chats and media messages. Hotspot is not included on this tier, and service quality and account stability have been inconsistent for some lines.
Recharge can queue the next 12-month period to start after current plan validity ends.
Unused data can carry over when upgrading or renewing through the Recharge flow.
Hotspot can work on Android by adjusting APN settings with a T-Mobile SIM.
The plan can work well as a second business line for day-to-day calling needs.
Account suspensions for "suspicious activity" can lead to degraded service with no refunds and porting complications.
Taxes and fees can significantly reduce the effective deal value for some buyers.
The 500 MMS per month limit can be surprising and may affect group texting usage.
Service can be disrupted during network issues, including periods when calls stop and porting delays.

I know that's not what you asked, but seems to be safest. This was the first time I used Privacy.
I had issues with check out at the mailing address so I went for eSIM and there was no issues.
NOTE: shipping is no free for sim card (Standard is $3).
Price has gone up since last year so I think this is a good deal for any student, family plan add on for kids.

It's not looking good for this service TBH. If there are this many issues just to get started i'm not enthusiastic about how well the service will be.
