Choose "Recharge" option from the website. It won't give you a SIM option, it just adds the new year to your existing account.

It will ask you for the phone number and then it will let you choose to renew or upgrade. You can renew with the same plan you have or upgrade to a different plan, each at the current sale price.

3/2/26 Just bought it for $94.77 (CA tax $19.77) Not bad deal for 12 mos. 10gb data. UltraMobile plan gives only 4GB and slight higher.
I had issues with check out at the mailing address so I went for eSIM and there was no issues.
NOTE: shipping is no free for sim card (Standard is $3).
Price has gone up since last year so I think this is a good deal for any student, family plan add on for kids.

Did you activate at same time though? I did the same thing as you but didnt immediately activate so now its asking if I want to change my address. I already paid so didnt know if there was any harm

Oh. I did not. Billing address is still Las Vegas. I did not port a number.
I just looked at my emails and I activated 2 days after purchase.

Yes, I am getting this popup. I thought I can uncheck use same address and change to my real one but that seems like it may cause issues



Edit: Ended up activating it with Nevada address, turned off wifi calling, got a Nevada area code now

Try on desktop again and let the dropdown select the automatic address and prepopulate the other fields

I tried multiple options, no dice. It would work in the billing address section but not the order section. I emailed customer support and got the invoice link which I paid. Got a confirmation email to activate my account, which I did but now I can't log in. The order tracking link is also broken.

It's not looking good for this service TBH. If there are this many issues just to get started i'm not enthusiastic about how well the service will be.
