Following a recent safety assessment, your current line has reached a status where active services have been adjusted and cannot be fully restored.
They said I could either get a new number or port out. So I ported out. I requested a refund but I'm not sure I'm going to get anything. Please stay away from them.
Does it just add it to the end of your current cycle? I have about 7 months left on a 12 month prepaid.
