Choose "Recharge" option from the website. It won't give you a SIM option, it just adds the new year to your existing account.

It will ask you for the phone number and then it will let you choose to renew or upgrade. You can renew with the same plan you have or upgrade to a different plan, each at the current sale price.

Then you choose to either Upgrade Now or Upgrade Later: You'll want to choose Upgrade Later

Upgrade Now
Unused data from your current plan will carry over to your new plan.

Upgrade Later
Your selected plan will begin automatically once your current plan ends.

Not likely. The site asks for an IMEI before you buy to confirm compatibility though so worth checking on either device.
I was able to get an esim plan for my wife's iPad pro m4 yesterday without issue. I tried to move an existing e sim to it first though and the cs rep could not get it to go through.
So it looks like those system allows for new plans on iPads but not transferring existing ones. Also fyi, they charge around $7 to transfer an existing esim

Aside from getting extremely spam calls, I been having voicemail reset problem. Been 6 months and still no solution. They said this problem because I keep recharging monthly. I bought yearly prepaid plan.

Are they using Verizon and T‑Mobile networks?

How good is their customer service?

you can choose to have it take affect at the end of your current plan. I just did this for a second time, on a second line that is set to expire 1/16/27. It even let me upgrade my second 12 months from 5GB to 10GB/month using the current sale price of $75.:

Current Plan | Month 1 of 12
Pro Plus 5 GB | 5.00 GB
Next Cycle starts on 20-Feb-2026 23:59:59

Upcoming Plan Unlimited
Plan starts on 16-Jan-2027 23:59:59
I was wondering this. Wonder if I can double up. Might test.

Just recharged both my numbers, one expiring Feb end and the other one expiring March end. I have not had any issues with them so far, but we mostly work from home and travel very rarely. But yes, I agree with the other poster that the data speeds feel like 3G.

Infinmobile cut off my service after just two days, saying 'commercial use complete nonsense. No refund on a full year's pay customer service hopeless. Heads up folks.

First time I ever heard that one. Set it up on an auto dialer or something?
I checked heavily for any user issues with infimobile ,prior to purchasing. The worst I found was some service issues in various areas for 12-48 hours. Not complete blackouts though. Sounded like localized tower issues.
For me this service has been amazing. 2nd business line already almost paid itself back already with some extra contracts I got this week.

Use this carrier for both my and my wife's primary lines and no issues. 6ish dollars a month for primary cell service is crazy, honestly very happy with the service.

My plan was expiring Oct 2026 which is the 15GB plan. I recharged it with the 10GB plan ... so the new plan is automatically set to start after the current plan expires. Good value overall and happy with the Verizon service.

A privacy card (often provided by services like Privacy.com) is a virtual,, temporary, or masked debit/credit card designed for secure online shopping. It shields your actual financial information by generating unique 16-digit card numbers for each merchant, allowing you to set spending limits, pause/close cards, and prevent unauthorized charges.
