Infimobile's 10GB, 12 month plan stands out as a very low cost way to get unlimited voice and SMS on Verizon or T Mobile, especially for a second line, backup phone, or light use. The plan can be recharged to start after an existing term ends, and the website now supports renewals and upgrades at the sale price. The main catches are taxes and fees, which can add a lot depending on location, and the 500 MMS monthly cap, which matters more for group chats and media messages. Hotspot is not included on this tier, and service quality and account stability have been inconsistent for some lines.

My daughter's Infimobile line lasted for 4 months before they cut it off (no refund) and accused my 12 year old of Fraud. The wouldn't say what the fraud was (because it didn't exist)Infimoblie is the only one committing fraud here.STAY AWAY!
There seems quite a lot of customers here reporting Inifmobile cancelled their line due to fraud. Maybe FBI should step in to investigate this company. I've been with infimobile for about two years and so far no issue. But I'm deeply concerned with their reputation now.

So I purchased the $50 12 month 5gb 2500 voice / 2500 text which is perfect for backup phone on this deal. I live in vegas and got phyiscal sim mailed to me with a NEW # from them , and it all worked great. So far so good. I can recommend. Dont see how they can cancel my line when they assigned it!

Were you Restricted while on a Verizon SIM from Infimobile ? Or TMobile?

Zip code 27587 has no taxes for some reason. It's showing $75 even on my charge.

Not bad if you don't want hot spot, otherwise another $60. 15gb is $125 which is also good but not hotspot again. The 20gb for $175 includes it though. The 500 mms/mo cap is surprising. I didn't think any providers capped mms anymore.
they don't count the MMS, it's grouped as part of data. i'm not sure why it's listed as 500mms. I have a group chat with the family, all my messages are MMS.

MMS is if the message contains low quality media, I would say most messages are SMS if it doesn't contain media and is a simple text message or RCS if the platform is supported between the phones and the carrier.
Quote from starcaptor View quoted comment :
If youre receiving messages on an android phone from iMessage, it will often be received as MMS. But this is a very specific and shrinking group, especially with RCS being built into ios18 and default for google messages.
If you use FB messenger, whatsapp, signal, etc...then it just sends as data.
Does RCS count as SMS or MMS or just data ?

What would be a "privacy card"?
This was answered but I have had an account with them for years. Very useful.

email and CS says no refund. I did a port out immediately as did not want to loose my old number. So my actual cost was $110 which i used for 7 months with them.
If I sign up I am going to use Amex, if they pull this crap with me I am going to dispute even if its 10 months later. I remember in the Sunrocket days when they went out I got my money back even though it was way over 6- days (I think it was Sunrocket)

I asked the other user in the other thread if the Amazon review was from him/her, but apparently it is from you. Sorry about that . Hope you did a chargeback

Does anyone know if there's a time limit on when I can activate this plan? I'm trying to see if I can activate it in sep 2026, as my current plan ends.
