Infimobile's 10GB, 12 month plan stands out as a very low cost way to get unlimited voice and SMS on Verizon or T Mobile, especially for a second line, backup phone, or light use. The plan can be recharged to start after an existing term ends, and the website now supports renewals and upgrades at the sale price. The main catches are taxes and fees, which can add a lot depending on location, and the 500 MMS monthly cap, which matters more for group chats and media messages. Hotspot is not included on this tier, and service quality and account stability have been inconsistent for some lines.

Using both networks Verizon and TMobile once you enter zip code and IMEI then system decide which network works for you.

Funny i only know about them because in the early days they were kicked off ebay. Too bad they aren't in the crazy area of getting customers. I am still on a 2 year minimum plan which they no longer offer on a spare phone. I use it as a discount airtag/gps device i can call.

Does RCS count as SMS or MMS or just data ? This was answered but I have had an account with them for years. Very useful. If I sign up I am going to use Amex, if they pull this crap with me I am going to dispute even if its 10 months later. I remember in the Sunrocket days when they went out I got my money back even though it was way over 6- days (I think it was Sunrocket)I asked the other user in the other thread if the Amazon review was from him/her, but apparently it is from you. Sorry about that . Hope you did a chargeback
Also file an FCC consumer complaint.

Any common factors for people with account deactivation for "suspicious activity"? Was it high text use, high number of calls or little to no voice usage, or exclusive data use? There's got to be certain patterns (incorrectly) triggering their fraud algorithm.
I wonder if it's because people are signing up with a Las Vegas address to avoid the taxes and fees and Infimobile sees that the phone is being used outside of Las Vegas?

Been happy w them for my 3 kids phone plans. Keep in mind might charge $10 for an eSIM update if you move phone to phone. Apple eSIM upgrade worked but then phone had an issue, got another used iPhone they charged $10 for another eSIM QR/link and had to contact helpdesk no way to do it online/automated. Maybe for our safety?

Exact the same thing just happened to me.
After reading all of these reviews, I think I will stick with mint mobile for the time being. I have both phone and internet services provided under a promo they had at the end of last year. When I broke it down, including taxes and fees, I am paying $42+ for both services.

My two kids have been with them for 10 months now with no problems. I'm surprised/worried to see so many complaints on this thread. When I research infimobile on Reddit I do not see people complaining about lines being shut down.

Anyone who was Restricted or Shutdown for suspicious activity/fraud/etc, did you have the Verizon-based SIM from InfiMobile ? Or the TMobile-based SIM ?
I had a Verizon esim. Didn't do anything suspicious at all or used a fake zip code. Do not use them even if it's free. You may lose your number.

Thanks! Just in time as my son's Infimobile line expired. I was able to get this deal directly from Infimobile to recharge my line. Tax was less than $2. So I assume those complaining about the tax are buying through eBay?

Been with them for over a year now and it's been reliable. Works well as an emergency phone.
