Taxes and fees vary with location. For me in metro Atlanta, the T&F cost is about $ 20 for both yearly plans .

just want to warn you folks. 3 months into a deal like this infimobile cancelled my plan and refused at least a prorated refund because my kid switched on a hotspot at a school project and exhausted alloted 15gb due to "suspicious circumstances". just ported out - never been so cheated by a company. dont think i can do much but will let the CC, FCC, state AG / ORS and the BBB know about this company.

For anyone unable to enter the requested address city/state, after attempting using three separate browsers unsuccessfully I contacted customer service and they were able to assist me. I received an e-mail from infimobile that contains an "invoice" for the desired 10Gb plan. E-mail states the billing amount ($81.10) and a link to make this payment. According to the C.S. rep once payment is made a physical sim is shipped and a second email is generated which includes the order number. Order number plus phone specific info is then needed in order to renew service on the infimobile website. This will be my second 12 month service renewal, stacking both times. Currently I have two lines with Infimobile including one for my teenage daughter who goes thru allotted data in a couple of weeks. Otherwise no issues whatsoever as my phone use is relatively sparse.

So you are saying if we get 10gb/mo and we use part of that 10gb (which we paid for) for hotspot, they can cancel the whole year and not refund any money? Hotspot may not be included but still seems scummy for them to outright cancel and keep your money

From what I have learned so far if you want to switch from eSim to pSim its $9 if you go the Amazon route ($2 + $7 Infimobile fee) or $10 ($7 fee and $3 shipping) from Infimobile. Would have been a few cents cheaper and easier not to do the Nevada trick and use my real address since my taxes on the $75 were slightly under $7 + $3 shipping
