I just spoke with their customer service about the TAX added to cost of service. It's apparently not a Sales tax, but the sum or the other three taxes/fees shown below the TAX amount. Probably bogus fees, since last year the cost was a flat amount, no ups no extras.

BTW... the Nevada Zip code (4-cent tax hack) works, but, if you're using a credit card, the sale won't go through. CC company wants to see match of address & their records. At least that's my guess

I signed up for this plan. Calling and data work OK. 95 Mbps download and 31 Mbps upload for T-Mobile network in Socal. Shows LTE on iPhone. I tried to setup 2 Factor Authentication on their website, but website failed to send me a text message to verify setup. Tried for a couple days and it still doesn't work. I get a feeling their IT department is a guy from North Korea on Zoom.

I did this and Macys for my first time through the credit card portal (as opposed to the rewards Honey like extension . Neither tracked. Its been a few weeks. Then again, I might need to activate the esim for it to track but I shouldnt need to .

Do they have email support ? I guess I have to call. They probably want you to wait 30 days.
