Got them for $8.40 a few weeks ago. They won't charge my altec Lansing hydro boom usb-c speaker is something that certainly annoys me.

I got these a few weeks ago when they were on sale, but I'm not impressed. I have a Samsung S23 that should do "super fast charge" at 25w. It would start out saying it was super fast charging, but then a few seconds later change to just "fast charging" and the time remaining would double. At first I thought it was because I also had something plugged into the USB-A port, but it also does it when the phone is the only thing charging. I ended up switching back to my old charger block and threw these in a travel bag so hopefully I'll still get some use out of them.

Does the super fast charge work with other chargers normally? I'm not familiar with samsung Super fast, but I know oneplus has "Warp charging" with one of the usb C i got with a metro phone, however when plugging in a different phone (pixel 9) it charges slow. It's like the pd profile isn't unlocked unless the correct device is asking for it.

I bought 2 packs last time it was 8.40 and love them. Fast charges iphone and android. cables feel premium (braided) and tough. Can't beat $5 ea. In for 2 more. Thanks op

You can go overboard with these things, these are being dumped because they lack the new avs standard, they are good for now, but they are not future proof.

Yes, it works perfectly fine with at least 3 other chargers that I have, and while using the same USB-C cord with a different charger.

An amazon review with a tester revealed that this supports Samsung variable charging up to 11V 3A. I think this is on Samsung as many have also reported that Samsung fast charging reverts back to less than 15W rather quickly.
