Price match at Best Buy. Tips for this

Find a microcenter that shows it has stock better if in same state or nearby state
Go to Best Buy online chat and request price match
Be polite to CS rep
If they're say no, say thanks and hop in another chat and try again
Not sure if it helps but I do this logged out of Best Buy, in incognito and restart incognito if failed. This is incase they track chat / what former rep said.
Send me money via venmo

Good luck all!

Reminder: even if you don't have a Microcenter nearby, you can buy online on Best Buy, then price match via customer chat, just be ready to send a link to a Microcenter ad showing it in stock. It's what I did -- finished the price match before heading to Best Buy to pickup.

Its out of stock on BestBuy (only sold by third party sellers, which BestBuy refuses to price match)

Community Reviews

This is a strong entry-level Mac mini deal, especially for everyday work, photo editing, light video editing, 3D printing, CAD, and even some music production or AI assistant use. The M4 chip is described as fast and efficient, with 16GB RAM handling Adobe apps, Resolve, Fusion, Logic Pro, and Ableton without trouble. The main drawback is the 256GB SSD, which feels tight and may push buyers toward external storage or an upgrade path. Best Buy price matching also worked for many through chat when a Micro Center in-stock link and ZIP code were provided.

Finally snagged one today in MN St Louis Park. Was refreshing the website for about a week trying to get one, several out of stock errors when trying to reserve.

Seems like they restock early in the morning. Woke up early and refreshed the page and sure enough 12 were in stock. Have the page ready to go in your phone browser and keep your eyes peeled on the page every so often to see if they restock.

wouldnt you have to show the low price from microcenter to Bestbuy? dosnt really make sense to show a discount link to Microcenter since they already known the $400 price as the seller

That's what he said, "be ready to send a link to a Microcenter ad". Note he didn't say "send a link to microcenter" he said "send a link to a microcenter ad", ie send, to best buy, a link, which goes to a microcenter ad.
