It's the pose for me. Too unrealistic usually means standing normal makes them look funny. Like women's dresses that are actually just sheets of material but the model is all twisted to make it appear curvy.

Amazon has pics of the model in a standing normal pose too (last pic if you scroll all the way right), the pants look fine to me.

I don't trust any of the pictures on Amazon, Walmart, etc, even if they aren't AI they are clearly posed and the models are sized to fit to the clothing. Review photos are a much better gauge of how they might look in the wild.
