Always be wary of "deals" posted by staff; something I have sadly learned in the more recent years visiting slickdeals. Lots of times there are basically ads they post under the guise of it being an ad. If you spend 5 seconds you'll realize it is in no way shape or form a deal, just someone trying to get you to use their affiliate link.
