According to ChatGPT, "shoes sizes roughly 7 to 13 covers ~95% of men". Boys wear the smaller sizes, so maybe the manufacturers just don't want to market them as "kid's shoes," so they include the small sizes in the "men's" category. No idea. But for this same reason, I've been tagging the SD category for "Kid's Shoes" when the size is on the low end (like this deal here).
