Does the AutoPay discount apply to just the Home Internet portion of the bill?

Or does it require the entire plan/bill to have AutoPay?

I assume Home Internet just shows up as a new line/device on an existing Postpaid plan?

Thanks!

I use that device one month about a year ago. I burned through their aloted bandwidth - I think it was like two or three hundred gigs - I. About 16 days. It did work, I'm pretty close to a cell tower, but it's just not enough bandwidth for a normal person or family. It's good if you're older and all you do is internet and email but if you're doing anything that's like gaming there's no way it'll work

Gaming barely requires any bandwidth. You must be confusing your experience with latency.

Be aware that T-Mobile does not provide an option to use their equipment as a modem, they want to run your home network. Public IP address on their Gateway - it will not be available for you own router and their WIFI cannot be turned off. If you use your own router, its WAN will have local network address - no easy access from outside. Also you can only manage T-Mobile Gateway router via the smartphone app with very limited options to control your own network. Just tried it ("up to" 300Mbit plan) and returning. Good deal money-wise though. Speed was 100Mbit download and 70Mbit upload for me - enough for work and movies.

I had to get their customer service leader involved because rebate never came. Took about 6 weeks with a few different attempts but finally did get. Never again when these are paid off I'm moving on

Tried their service for a month recently after it became "available" and they kept sending mail regarding it.

It was not a great experience. Speeds were less than 20 Mbps for a 300 Mbps plan. I made sure to use every windowed wall of my house for sanity and 20 Mbps was what I was able to squeak out. Tmo support were basically telling me to do the same thing too and, even though they were the ones sending me a "confirmation" letter about their network availability, it turned out they actually were not available in my area.
