AFAIK, if a phone is carrier locked to a specific carrier that pretty much always means it is strictly locked to that carrier and that it will not work with any MVNO's that use that same network.

Every time I got a phone at this price on eBay, they would send me a Frankenstein phone meaning the phone might work fine and all but the insides have been replaced with random parts or...the camera might have a problem or eventually something else wouldn't work and I'd open the phone up to see that the parts have been replaced by someone even when the phone was sold as "New" or "open box" rather than "refurbished"

Whats the deal with this stupid coupon. The item says the discount is automatically applied at checkout but when i get there it is not. Then when i try to use the coupon it says This code can't be applied to some of your items.???

I think this is the best answer. You need 60 days purchase period to unlock while ebay return windows is 30 days. Good deal for those who know how to check phone and on att network.
