This is a marinade though. Marinade should have a high salt content so that it works properly to help tenderize and retain moisture in the meat. The marinade should be discarded because it touches raw meat, so you are not eating nearly as much salt as the label says you are. They have to put that label on there legally, but no one should be eating that much of the marinade unless you're not using it as a marinade.
