It is only 90 mg of magnesium derived from 500 mg of magnesium glyclinate bound. 90 mg per serving is low for a supplement.

Nearly anything is better than magnesium oxide, that one is not well absorbed.
Better options are magnesium glycinate, taurate, malate, l-threonate, citrate.
