Or have spinach, legumes such as black beans and chickpeas, nuts and seeds like almonds and pumpkin seeds, whole grains like quinoa, and dark chocolate. what sort of chemistry does it take to extract the magnesium anyway? What are we really getting in the pills or capsules?

It is only 90 mg of magnesium derived from 500 mg of magnesium glyclinate bound. 90 mg per serving is low for a supplement.
