I'd stay away. As per this article, test results showed misleading and inaccurate labeling by NatureBell:

It is only 90 mg of magnesium derived from 500 mg of magnesium glyclinate bound. 90 mg per serving is low for a supplement.

Lab tested -- but doesn't say which. Also, people have googled company address and it is a nail salon in CA.......

Many Magnesium Glycinate supplements will say that their 500mg tablets are 150mg Magnesium, but the only way they can alter the math of basic chemistry is by heavily adulterating their product with more magnesium dense Magnesium Oxide or Magnesium Citrate. The problem is that those forms don't absorb well making them essentially just osmotic laxatives. The technical term for this practice is "buffering." So the fact that this is 90/500mg Magnesium is a good sign because that means there is little to no buffer, which is why its one of the brands I've been using for a while.

Magnesium Threonate, as referenced in the comments, is another good source, especially for sleep. But it is much more expensive than Magnesium Glycinate. So if your diet has a magnesium deficiency, as most western diets do, you're best getting most of your supplemental magnesium from Glycinate and/or Glycinate-Lycinate forms, while taking a smaller dose of Magnesium Threonate with dinner or a couple of hours before bed.

If you're taking oxide, which is a laxative.

eat chocolate covered nuts! Or have spinach, legumes such as black beans and chickpeas, nuts and seeds like almonds and pumpkin seeds, whole grains like quinoa, and dark chocolate. what sort of chemistry does it take to extract the magnesium anyway? What are we really getting in the pills or capsules?
Almonds and spinach equal kidney stones

This is the biggest trade-off with magnesium glycinate. You get a pretty low amount of elemental magnesium (the stuff your body actually uses) compared to the total weight but in exchange, it's much easier on the system and won't leave you running for the bathroom. If you're just looking for sheer density (or price value), magnesium oxide is technically king but it has terrible absorption and it tends to have laxative effect. Pretty much every other popular form (like citrate, malate, or L-threonate) has the same issue with low elemental percentages. That's why almost every multivitamin has a tiny amount of magnesium...hitting 100% of your daily value in magnesium alone would require swallowing three or four giant horse pills.

Wife's doctor had her taking 4x daily recommended amount. Gave her osmotic diarrhea. She didn't know what it was (and blamed my cooking).

Friendly PSA on the effects of taking too much.

A nail salon is probably an appropriate address for a biotin company, but probably not for magnesium.

I had never heard of the Naturebell brand before so I looked it up on Google. Just so you know, they're owned by the Chinese government.

Nearly anything is better than magnesium oxide, that one is not well absorbed.
Better options are magnesium glycinate, taurate, malate, l-threonate, citrate.
MgO is better as a laxative, too.

I bought this last year thinking it'll help me sleep better. Sadly it doesn't.
