There is not even 90mg Mg in 500mg Mg Glycinate, should be around 70mg.

And the third party test & California origin of the brand is challenged often. They don't (likely can't) put trustworthy testing credentials like USP or NSF certifications on packaging. Another Amazon white label shadow-Chinese brand IMHO.
