*Disclaimer* I only know this because the screen on my endoscope got cracked while I was working on my car. It was only then that I realized that the camera that was on it was plugged in via a USB A port on the unit. I had some old type C to type A adapters from one of my early Pixel phones (because I'm a hoarder) and tried this out and it worked. I actually prefer to have a dedicated display for my endoscope but these small screens are common and fragile.
Just a random and interesting fact. I might still be ordering this into to replace my old one. Thanks, OP

This is a low cost standalone endoscope camera with its own 4.3 inch screen, aimed at car work and other close up inspections. The detachable camera and USB A connection make it flexible, and the built in display avoids needing a phone app. The main strengths are practical use for engine checks, sensor swaps, and other tight spots, with some setups even able to swap in longer cables or use a phone or tablet adapter. The biggest caveats are the short 6.5 foot cable, fixed camera angle, and repeated doubts that the claimed 1080p is real, so it suits simple inspections more than tricky bends or deep pipes.
Inspectors who want a standalone screen, because it avoids relying on a phone and can be replaced separately from the camera.
DIY mechanics checking engines and sensors, because the camera helps inspect combustion chambers, piston heads, and hard-to-reach bolts.
Car owners inspecting A/C or other tight automotive cavities, because the camera can reveal mold and other hidden issues in cramped spaces.
Homeowners running cables or drilling walls, because the camera helps verify what is behind the surface before you commit to a hole.
People needing long reach into drains or pipes, because the short cable and fixed camera can fail to make sharp turns or clear lips.
Shoppers expecting true 1080p detail, because the image can be closer to 360p to 720p than the listing claims.
Users who need side-view inspection, because this model lacks a side-facing camera and only shows the forward view.
People who need easy maneuvering in tight spaces, because a fixed camera can be hard to position and may require repeated pullbacks and retries.

Thanks for the link!
.
additionally it would have been nice if I could have rotated the head about or manipulated it cuz it got stuck on the lip of a connection and I virtually couldn't force it forward.
I considered binding it to a drain snake, and I've also considered tying some Thin string to one side of it so that as it gets down there I can pull the string and make it turn up and get over say that lip. but this stuff should be built into it really

Took it about a mile away and released it in a very rural area.
I edited the original reply, because well, you're right it's unnecessary use of the word also.
