While this is a good price, I'm a little concerned about the lack of condition stated, and the fact it only has a 90 day woot warranty.

I purchased one of these the last time they were at this price - it was obviously used but in good condition and nothing missing - I contacted Woot! and they refunded my money and didn't require me to return it. I'm not suggesting that anyone do the same, just relating my experience. I'm pretty leery of any Woot! deals at this point.

Also I'm usually not a fan of 5 port switches (they leave little room since a minumum of 3 ports will be in use right out of the box), but the price and some management capability of this smart switch make it a pretty nice deal as long as a NIB switch is shipped. I feel like Woot! is just an outlet for returned Amazon items, and to your point, they should state that in the desciption.
