I got it for $520 last year. It took me and another guy 5 hours to assemble. It's easier if you watch a video on how to assemble it while you consult the instructions.

It's a great machine. The chair doesn't adjust, which is the biggest weakness of the machine.

Overall it was worth it for the price and it helped me exercise.

This reminds me of those Bowflex machines in the 90s and 00s. Tons of people bought them...and then they sat there. I'd rather have a set of adjustable weight dumbbells any day.

Wonder how long before someone says it's like $29 on Temu or TikTok... like in every single equipment post.

Buy a power rack/squat rack, an Olympic bar, and weights instead. Much better investment than this.

only 150 weight stack is going to make this useless on so many exercises.

Agreed. I was going to say the same thing. For isolation movements, probably fine. But for compound movements, especially involving the legs, this will be a limiting factor for all but the most untrained individuals.

I got this last year at $467 which was the cheapest I found it after monitoring it for 2 months. In my research this home gym had the things I wanted most out of a home gym (especially leg press and ab crunch). It's not too bad to setup, I did it over 2 days myself. I think it's worth this price. I don't get perfectly positioned for the leg press but I can make it work. I lift small so I don't need more than 150 pounds.

not possible unless you mod it/don't fully assemble it. the plates and pulley are obscured.
