I got it for $520 last year. It took me and another guy 5 hours to assemble. It's easier if you watch a video on how to assemble it while you consult the instructions.

It's a great machine. The chair doesn't adjust, which is the biggest weakness of the machine.

Overall it was worth it for the price and it helped me exercise.

This reminds me of those Bowflex machines in the 90s and 00s. Tons of people bought them...and then they sat there. I'd rather have a set of adjustable weight dumbbells any day.

Agreed. I was going to say the same thing. For isolation movements, probably fine. But for compound movements, especially involving the legs, this will be a limiting factor for all but the most untrained individuals.
