I chose the free bag but it doesn't apply the offer in the cart and the offer doesn't show up anymore. Did this happen to anyone else?

It's available for me at a nearby store for pickup but still shows full price for some reason.

May be because it's only the one color. I picked the bag too after making sure it was in stock locally, then ordered for pickup and it did work for me.
