I normally do Kingroon as well and just recently got some Geeetech to try, no issues so far and I've gone through a few rolls

love to see competition on filament now, been using kingroon since they are the cheapest so far (cheapest like ~$58/10KG), anyone has experience with geeetech compare to kingroon?

I find needing a bit higher bed temps for adhesion with Geeetech silk. As always, test, tweak, and print away!

Geeetech TPU i bought has weird chunks of thinks in the filament. I'm wary of them.

Geeetech used to be one of the best filament before COVID, now their pla is brittle as hell, unusable breaks in your nozzle and unable to get out. As soon as I opened the marble color brook 7 different places. Total junk . Not sure what happened to their quality

In for a 10 pack. I've been using Geetech on my P1S for some time now. Haven't used it on anything really detailed but for plant pots and all my gridfinity stuff, can't beat 7$ a roll. Or maybe you can beat that, but nothing I've been able to find.

Where do you get $58/10KG, if you don't mind sharing?

I was a big GEEETECH user, but man, their quality is just awful... Printable, but the quality was horrible. Ended up jumping to Sunlu and the quality drastically improved.

Did you calibrate it? (temp tower, Flow ratio, k factor, VFR max flow test) I've been using kingroon and after calibrating its great. I'm seriously considering on stocking up on petg and pla with this deal.

I was in an endless cycle of calibrating, and ended up getting a weird wavey form throughout the whole print, always... Super consistent, I ended up noticing and measuring with a caliper the thickness of the filament and noticed their tolerances were huge (for filaments). I had tons of headaches from cheap filaments so I ended up bumping a little higher... I mean, Sunlu isn't the best, but it's better.

Yikes! 2-year shelf life? I have way too many unopened spools older than that...
