the active ingredient in this for nasal congestion is phenylephrine, which has been shown to not be effective at all for that purpose.

instead, go to your pharmacy and ask the pharmacist for pseudoephedrine, which is generally only sold behind the counter, but no prescription needed. this is real sudafed, and, at least around me, it is extremely cheap.
for cough suppression and mucous thinning: I recommend mucinex DM (or generic).
and for the pain relief, use whatever you prefer, if you even need that.
stop buying this crap. it's repulsive that they still sell it while advertising that it helps with nasal congestion
