As far as I can tell the Kirkland Brand appears to be an exact clone of these Tylenol pills, but instead of getting 48 pills for $10, you get 168 pills for $10.
Just a heads up for those that have a Costco membership.
And yes, you have to show I.D. To buy these at Costco too, I know it's crazy.
