Compare to Dji power 1000?
The DJI Power 1000 unit doesn't seem to have any mppts for solar input built in- it seems like it is an add on.l, whereas this Anker (and many other power stations) have solar inputs built-in. Definitely give the Anker a leg up when compared directly for the same price, IMHO at least.

Does anyone know of a power station that has pass thorough power? I'd like to find one where I can keep my cpap plugged in, if the power goes out, it automatically switches to battery. Every one I look at has a power button. Which would mean I'd have to plug the cpap machine in and turn the power on, on the power station. Basically like a battery backup, but with a larger battery of 50k ah or more.
This one will do it for you, your looking for "UPS capability". I have this exact unit and it powers my computer. This one might be a bit overkill for your CPAP but it would last a long time. They have a small er 300 watt one called the Anker Solix C300.

Can you be more specific better in terms of what? Anker is better because it's at least UL listed. You can look for it here, not all models, but in general yes.

what other differences gen1 vs gen2 are there besides light bar and exp battery? Usually the main difference between v1 and v2 has been LIPo battery but I'm surprised a gen 1 already has lipo battery.
Other than what sxd303 listed. Gen 2 is lighter but also because it has a smaller battery. Both usb-c ports can output more power. The solar input power is higher. The screen is way better. The app has a TOU option if you're into that. That's about it I think. I have both units but prefer Gen 1 because of the light bar tbh. I'm often trying using it in the dark so just hit the light bar and I'm good. The gen 2, I need to bring a light or just try to do it in the dark lol

I have one of these and love it. Haven't had to use it for any emergency situations but for camping, grilling or just needing power somewhere is nice.
I have the solar panel also. I didn't realize there was an expandable battery, but pricing on that is the same as another unit. hmmm

I have the extended accessory battery pack, but it will only charge and work with the c1000. Thinking of picking up a second to make sure will always be able use it if have a problem with the C1000
