Bought one of these on last deal for $20 - pain to clean the lid but keeps your java warm

Is this similar to the Ember warming mug? If so, $25 seems like a good deal.

Sorry to know your coffee tastes so bad that you find you have to choke it down as fast as possible. Maybe try switching from Folgers and donut shop pods to a good a fresh roast... Big Grin

Folgers! I used that for the pandemic froth drink. I forgot the name but you take dry grounded coffee etc.

Unfortunately the lowest temperature setting was too hot for my wife's green tea. Otherwise a great deal for a warming mug.

Not everyone drinks the same way you do. For example at my office when I serve myself coffee, after putting in sugar and milk - the temp is slightly lower than ideal right away. So a cup like this doesn't just maintain a temp but heats it up to the preferred temp.
Since I'm drinking coffee at work - as I work. Often times I'll get busy and forget to drink it and when I go to take a sip, it's already cold. Other people have suggested using a thermos, which is at least a fair suggestion. But again doesn't solve my first issue (coffee isn't hot enough right after I serve and add milk).
So while these cups might not serve your needs, it works well for some.

Ember has more customization through the app for controlling temperature, but besides that this cup seems like a pretty good cheaper substitute. It also claims a better battery life than the Ember mug.

No where close to an ember mug. Have an Ember bought this during the holidays to keep at work.

You and I are a lot alike. Each morning, I heat my creamer in the microwave, then add my sweetener, and then brew the coffee into the cup. I don't like adding cold creamer to my hot coffee.

I don't own this cup but I have a couple of 14oz Ember mugs. The build quality of an Ember looks miles better than this. Ember has a lot of phone app controls which you can save to the Ember cup and it'll remain like that until changed through the app again. At least this comes with a lid, even though it looks way too hard to clean. You need to buy lids separately for most Ember cups but they're pretty good lids. The Ember lids aren't always in stock, I had to wait 2 months before they came back in stock to grab mine.

No, we have both and bought 3 of these at Christmas. Two of the are already broken, the button on the bottom is not attached well.

Bought this last time, used it twice, and didn't like it.

If anyone is in the Summit, NJ area and wants it, please message me. I have it in beige-like / tan color.
