4 piece set includes the chopper which on its own is $50. I'm not a fan of the colors but at this price, I couldn't resist.

This seems like a great deal on a solid immersion blender, but does anyone else worry about the plastic bell? Putting plastic directly into hot liquids feels a bit off.
I got this one and really like it had it for over a year now. It does have a metal bell Only 33$ right now. Ganiza Immersion Blender 5 in 1 Hand Blender Max 1000W Heavy Duty Motor, 16 Speed Mode
It's always the same or similar price on eBay. Is this the best handheld blender one can get?
not the best, but the best are $250+ from a company called bamix and those are very nice but never on sale and just designed for every day/multiple times per day use, i.e restaurant

Yeah, plastic in hot liquids is a non-starter for me. This immersion blender has a ton of power, and all the food you are blending is going to be brushing against that plastic as you blend. That is a recipe for creating microplastics.
The same goes for their blenders. I have Vitamix's steel carafe and am happy with it, but plastic blender containers are a bad idea for the same reason.
If they made a stainless immersion blender I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
