If you use paypal, it may fall off (the promo code for free ship), if so, go back to the coupon page link and select it again, go to cart and you'll see it's being billed to paypal for the correct amount.
They don't make it easy, but it does work with a little patience and an excellent deal for actual florist delivery in a custom photo vase. I made a collage with 8 photos and put that as my photo. You can also personalize the writing on the vase to include names, occasion, etc. It's very cool, because you can use the vase for flowers over and over again.

scroll down to the FREE FLOWER DELIVERY COUPON and clip it, then in the upper right click on the cart and you'll be taken back to your order and you should see $0 shipping charge unless you've requested specific delivery on Sat 2/14 which is $10 extra. 2/13-14 delivery is free.
