They do accept returns. I've returned twice over the last year. Return process mentions to save your packing slip, but you can also just attach your invoice inside the box.

If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns of merchandise in new condition within 45 days of purchase. Returns must be in new condition, in the state you received them.
