They do accept returns. I've returned twice over the last year. Return process mentions to save your packing slip, but you can also just attach your invoice inside the box.

Are these any good for seniors? Or is this more of a runner's shoe? My dad has an old pair of 990s which were recommended for someone his age, I'm not sure if this model is a good match for him though

revel v5 and super comp v3 is for runners.


1080 is max cushion running or walking shoes.

FYI. Do your research before you get these. I walk a lot but don't run. I started getting sudden bad knee and foot pain and couldn't figure it out until I realized it's these shoes. They make you work to stay balanced and are so squishy they can hurt your feet. It's probably good for some people but was horrible for me. I've never had this problem with any other shoes, even cheaper new balance 680s.

I don't recommend it. These are very squishy and kind of make you stabilize yourself because they aren't too flat on the bottom. It caused me knee pain and I'm guessing a senior person may have stability issues too unless they're very athletic.
