A friend of mine, who is the kindest and most gentle of souls (doesn't have gamer rage, very careful with his gear), broke his green face button twice. Fortunately, 8bitdo sent him no cost replacements under warranty on both occasions, but some people prefer a product that won't break versus excellent customer service.

I almost bought one last deal but I'm going to hold off because of that and see how well the Steam controller is reviewed when it comes out.
