I've been monitoring this on Amazon for while.
It was cheaper during the price match to Target's B2G1F BF deal, but other than that, this is the lowest I've seen it.

Some people dont want overly compressed digital content. Audio tracks especially seem to suffer.
Another benefit is if you want to add your own foreign language subtitles that aren't available on streams.
