My local Sam's had Switch 2 bundle on sale for $379 for a few days....didn't grab one, but can confirm it's no longer on sale....not sure what's going on..

Not to me
I've been playing since SNES and it's a nice departure and a wonderful multiplayer arcade game.
If you are looking for a single player experience, this isn't it. DK Bananza.
Otherwise, wait for more first party games for the S2.

I like the game, but I can't say I like it better than MK8 deluxe. Just comparing my favorite track that's in both...Moo Moo Meadows. I much prefer the art style in 8.

It's not a bad game, but my family got bored with it after about two weeks. It is still a fun multiplayer game with 4 people, but it was hugely disappointing how quickly we all lost interest. My son even got his own Switch 2 and stopped playing it after a couple of weeks. The online portion was dumb because it would take so long to get into an online multiplayer game. Contrary to that one guy, it is not a skill issue! The Switch 2 is the only console I have ever regretted buying because there is nothing except Switch 1 games to play on it.
